Augmented Enterprise Transformation

In one sentence

Augmented Enterprise Transformation is BeAI's framework for moving a company from isolated AI pilots to AI embedded in its people, processes and tools, with governance included from the start.

Three layers at once

The premise is that a real capability only exists when AI is present simultaneously in people, processes and tools. A trained workforce running legacy processes produces frustration. Redesigned processes without adoption produce shelfware. Tools without either produce licence cost.

Five pillars

The InsignIA programme creates internal change agents from middle management, in quarterly cohorts, with executive sponsorship. Hands-on training follows a 60-20-20 split: practice on real cases, theory, mentoring. Governance and ethics covers the compliance frame, including the EU AI Act, NIS2 and data protection. Hybrid architecture defines a coherent stack across on-premise and cloud. The integrated capacity model sets how internal and external capacity combine as the programme scales.

A maturity matrix, not a maturity score

Progress is described across those same three layers on five levels, from level 0, with no AI knowledge, manual processes and no tools, to level 4, where the organisation learns continuously, processes innovate by default and the tooling is ubiquitous enough to be invisible. The matrix is used to place the organisation where it actually is at the start, and to define what the next level means in concrete terms over a twelve month programme.
